Phoenix | 3D Cities
Valley of the Sun
Phoenix, so named by “Lord” Phillip Duppa in 1868, has grown significantly since its founding and is now the fifth largest city in the US by population, and the largest state capital city. Its downtown saw growth spurts in the 1960s, 1970s, and the most recent decade. This model of downtown Phoenix contains most of the prominent landmarks, notably Chase Tower at 483’, and the odd and lonely Westward Ho, with its antenna top at 488’. Two recent additions, CityScape Phoenix and the Banner University Medical Center Tower, were not in the original source data, and unfortunately don’t appear in the model.
This piece is made from a biodegradable starch-based plastic, and will be 3D printed, cleaned, and packaged just for you. It comes mounted to a simple and smooth art board and hangs on a nail with no extra effort. To keep this work looking great, just dust it periodically with a blast of air.
